DOn't you think 30mg is not enough to achieve right mao inhibition? According to the text 60mg of Nardil gives 80% of inhibition. If we assume that my weight is 75 kg then I should take at least 50mg of Parnate. Now when I am properly sedated I will go to 50mg, kill my residual depression which causes my anxiety (hypothesis) and then get rid of benzo and sulpiride. What do you think?
