Well, according to my "source" Larry, neither are harmful to the brain in therapeutic doses.
They can be damaging if you abuse them, but abuse is an entirely different bailliwick, as it's not so much the drugs but the excessive dose. That sounds kind of nonsensical, but what I mean is that calling them neurotoxic would be like saying vitamin "A" is toxic because if you take too much over a long period it may cause liver damage.
