I've not developed a tolerance to the anti-depressant effects of dexedrine though I've been on it for about 8 years. I have learned however that klonopin, or more than 1mg a day ativan can make it feel like I have.
Of course, there *was* that first week of taking it where I was just wayyyy to happy, it's not very productive when you're just as thrilled to be sitting on the couch alone as you are actually moving. That feeling went away, but I've had no desire to increase the dose, and when I miss it for a few days I do feel a mood dip, so It's still doing something.
I'm finding out about the neurotoxicity, I'll post back.
