For me butterflies in my stomach is when I am nervous. But nausea is "I want to throw up or I am going to throw up". I have a fear of throwing up so nausea is bad for me. When I tried Stattera the nausea was bad. That is one the reason why I stopped taking it.

I hope the med works out for Declan :-) Keep us posted. Not many people use the med so your feedback will be really helpful on psycho-babble.
