I agree that maybe he should try Wellbutrin, and if necessary add something else for anxiety. I don't know how his doc is, but if there are intolerable side effects, my doc is open to suggestions, and will try something else, and something else, until you get the right med, or combination of meds. It's an art as well as a science. I'd hope his doc would be concerned aobut the lack of emotion, esp. if it bothers him.
