Hi again. Well many, if not most, mood stabilisers do make you tired to a certain degree. You might want to try Trileptal. I'm just worried if you go back on Effexor your hypomanic episode will be more frequent without the aid of a mood stabiliser. So maybe you could give that a go? I take Trileptal and it was only sedating the first week or so and only slightly.
