Do you think maybe you would be better without the Parnate? As you said the lower the dose, the less fatigue and then no need for the dexedrine which you hate.
Sounds like the Parnate is causing your moods to cycle...
How do you think you would feel if took Parnate and dexedrine out of you med regime?
