I take 75 mg. of Effexor. 150 of Wellbutrin. 2mg Perphenazine (at night). 2 mg Ativan at night (to sleep). I was fine during the day until I added Effexor. I'm so tired that I can't risk increasing the dose of Effexor. I'm afraid I will become totally non-functional.

Effexor has been the only drug that has worked for me so I have to put up with feeling tired.
