My mood and my sleep were so fantastic when I was on 60mg Cymbalta. And I had zero pain (usually chronic in my neck and back). But I was starting to gain weight, was having problems with amotivation, and my blood pressure was up a little. That's when I dropped down to 40mg Cymbalta and added 200mg Wellbutrin SR to augment. (I was already on 450mg Trileptal, cause I'm BP2.) I'll tell you, I'm feeling really good, but I felt great on 60mg. No mania... slept like a rock. Sigh.
