Some people can and some people can't. I would certainly try though. I would just make sure I had an emergency med to take just in case. It's kind of like the diet, some people have to adhere to it, and then there are people like me who can eat anything and have no reaction (except soy sauce).
It's funny. There are so many people who are afraid of certain meds and what you can mix with what and they are very cautious. I'm the exact opposite. I'll try anything once within reason and see how it goes and if I have a reaction I don't take it again.
