It might be helpful to divide doses to several times during the day to minimize hypotension. I had more sleep problems if I took it after 3:00pm Also, I think splitting the dosage makes sense, especially at the higher dosages. I take 40mg at breakfast and 40mg at noon or shortly thereafter.
