I'm a big buspar fan, and I don't really like seroquel that much at all. I did seroquel, 100mgs, divided into 3rd--25mgsAM, 25mgs afternoon, 50mgs at bedtime. I had terrible dreams, I felt melancholy, and once I started having a panic attack and crying uncontrollably shortly after my 50mg dose. I started Buspar @ 30mgs/day, 15mgs AM 15mgs late afternoon. Now I take 45mgs, morning, noon, nite. It works very well for me, along with my other stuff (cymbalta, trileptal, vistaril for sleep). For flat-out **PANIC ATTACKS** BuSpar probably won't do the job--it might make them less intense, but a benzo would probably be needed to really get them under **control**.
