Thanks Ed,
you know, I don't have a doctor now. I was adviced by several psychiatrists but no one told to check sugar level. Perhaps I need to go to some diabetologist. My anxiety has always been worse after meals.
I bought glucometer and checked the level few times and compared with my friends. While they have 130-140 I have only 60-70 at the same time.
