Hi, I did the crossover with no washout. I know everyone else usually does one. But my pdoc said I didn't need to. I dont't know if he was right or not. 20 mg of Parnate is low and it has a short half-life so maybe bring in down to 10 mg for a couple of days and do the switch. Nardil is powerful so it should get you back on your feet quickly.
