switching from Parnate to Nardil

Hi,
I take 20mg of Parnate. I need to switch to Nardil. Have you got any ideas how to do it smoothly and less harmful? I am afraid of wash out period and depression returning. I don't know whether I could get addicted to such a low dose of Parnate?
