Sertindole is reapproved now for marketing in Europe. Maybe they'll give it another try at bringing it to the US market. It has some unique properties that might make it a better option for some. Specifically, it blocks D2 receptors, but not in the striatum. It's reported to have an anxiolytic property, not be sedating, and not impair cognitive function according to this site listed below.
