I got real speedy, restless and yes a little manic on it. But the word-finding, dumbness issues were only a problem those first few hours after a dose.. You might consider taking it only at bedtime. When I did that I was bright and springy the next day (a little too wired in fact). That might help with the duhs you're getting at work (that is if you take your Zoloft in the AM before you go).
