I feel like I'm a walking drugstore!...

Does anyone wonder how they, I guess I mean the FDA, determines drug interactions? I go to a couple different sites when I'm adding something to the mix, but I still really worry about the number of drugs I am taking, especially right now as I'm trying to recover from my first adult ear infection. All three chldren have it too!
Here's my list:
Effexor
Wellbutrin
clonazepam
doxepin
Zithromax
ibuprofen
pseudoephedrine
guaifenesin
albuterol
Nazonex
Anyone see a problem with this?????????????????
