I have been on Marplan since the early 80's and can tell you it has saved my life. I have tried others but nothing else works. When Roche stopped producing Marplan my doc talked me into trying something different. I promptly went into a horrible summer of depression and was desperate to get back on Marplan. I've learned to live with the restrictions- they seem minimul when compared to the alternative days of depression- Marplan is still available...at least I think it is though my pharmacist seems to be having trouble getting ahold of more right now and I'm not sure why. Here is the link from the press release when Oxford Pharmaceutical took over the manufacture of Marplan from Roche -http://www.oxfordpharm.com/Press%20Release.htm

I sure hope there are no problems getting my refill tomorrow- but just in case tell me- you say you have had good luck with Prozac? I tried Wellbutrin and no go.
