How much remeron were you taking? I was taking l5mg and so was my son-in-law. He also stopped taking it as he said it didn't help him sleep. We're all so different. I use valium to sleep, and he is on Adderall and sleeps. If I were to take it I would probably jump out of my skin. Fondly, Phillipa
