fires, do you feel lightheaded or shaky during exercise? when my blood sugar is low, whether or not i'm exercising, i get irritable and more active, but with other symptoms like shakiness, dizziness, hunger, and a hot feeling. i'm diagnosed as BP, and i have the sort of depressions where i'm restless and need to move, lose my appetite, and ruminate. my hypomanic states tend not to be troublesome-- i'm hyper and driven but full of energy to keep it going.

i may have misread, but if physical activity makes you irritable, why are you exerting yourself? maybe some things to think about-- how are your thoughts? are you mentally wired as well as physically? how's your sleep? could you be getting irritable because your sleep isn't good? do you feel motivated and driven toward some end or just agitated? my experience with BP is that if feels like an internal motor turned on too fast and beyond your control. also, what's the nature of your anxiety? is it panicky? is it present all the time or only when you're depressed? do certain situations or thoughts provoke it? and finally, do you have repeated episodes of depression? are they severe or more just blue moods? and have you experienced highs as well? one last thought-- have you tried antidepressants and how have you responsed? antidepressants, especially SSRIs, often make people with BP worse. for me, they make my agitation ten times worse and my thoughts that much faster.
i hope these questions help some.
