Great to hear that Parnate is kicking in for you. I will be starting Parnate in a couple weeks. This will be at least the 17 year that I have used it in the spring. It's effectiveness lasts only for three months then I try other things or nothing. Allthough I do not agree with your theory about vitamin deficiency caused by AD's, I feel that everyone is different so may be it is a factor in others. My theory for my disorder is that Parnate shifts hormonal rhythms in my endocrine system, but over time my biochemistry becomes accostomed to it and reverts to its abnormal rhythm. The reason for this abnormal rhythm to begin with is a deficiency in a hormonal protein by the name of Inhibin B, but that is a another long tale to explain how I came to this conclusion. Best wishes.
