I've been taking Ambien for awhile for my insomnia induced by Remeron withdrawal and it hasn't been working that great. When I read about Lunesta on the net I decided to ask my nurse practitioner about it and she said it was exactly the same as Ambien and wouldn't prescribe it for me! Well, according to what I've read,its better than Ambien and can be used the for long-term treatment of insomnia. Does anyone happen to know? I guess I'm going to have to find a new pdoc so I can try it. :(
