> First of all, lunesta should be on the market by the end of March. Some people find that Ambien together with Remeron helps people sleep through the night. Be aware though that possible side effects include dry mouth and nose. Trazadone alone works for a lot of people. I would stay away from the anti-psychotics and anti-seizure meds. As far as withdrawal from Benzodiazepines, one would start by switching to Klonopin because it has a very long half life. Then one would take it from there.
I seen my doc last week and she gave me the green light for it,thinks its a good idea too.She says they dont have the info to prescribe it yet,its too new,but the sec its avaialable shell prescribe it,as well as give me samples if she gets any.We both agreed to hold off on ambien, since i waited this long waiting a week or two would make since.Im hoping good rest,a scheldued sleep cycle might be a major player for me,its early still but i know they are saying the sleep it provides has shown to carry over to providing anti depressant benifits in some cases as well.
