Matt,
I really think you should possibly consider going into either outpatient or inpatient treatment to get some help for your mental state and substance abuse.I had to do this to myself, it was TOUGH and I had to swallow my pride big time, but it made a difference.
I know the hospital I was in for my mental state, there were other's who were there for both (mental and substance abuse).
You need to also know that you are loved.. God didn't place you here by mistake- you were preplanned and there is a purpose for your life.
