Everything you've said (including your babblemail) suggests that your current symptoms are due to the return of your psychosis. Your doctor presumably also thinks this because she has increased your Abilify.

Yes, if the increased dose of Abilify doesn't help I would recommend trying sulpiride (Dolmatil) or amisulpride (Solian). If you don't like amisulpride (or sulpiride) you could go back on Seroquel and consider strategies to treat the drowsiness. Clozapine (Clozaril) is very effective but tends to be even more sedating than Seroquel.

Have you got a supply of procyclidine? How much procyclidine are you taking at the moment? You may need a bit more now that you've increased the dose of Abilify. The increased mirtazapine could either increase or decrease the akathisia, good luck!

Perhaps you should ask to see your old doc in the mean time, while your waiting to see your new doc. What do you think?
