I hate to make a change because of this annoying little event, but it's my upper right eyelid and when it twitches, it moves my eyelashes into my line of vision. Should I consult my doc or give it more time to hopefully resolve itself!?!

Consider that they might be benign fasciculations. They generally go away with time alone.
