> I take a multi-vitamin and eat more than my share of bananas. This must be from the Cymbalta. I didn't have it with Effexor though. I hate to make a change because of this annoying little event, but it's my upper right eyelid and when it twitches, it moves my eyelashes into my line of vision. Should I consult my doc or give it more time to hopefully resolve itself!?!
What dosage of Cymbalta are you on? I was experiencing a bit of eye twitching, though not enough to be super annoying. More troubling was that my blood pressure was up, so we reduced my Cymbalta dose from 60mg to 40mg. And I added a low-dose potassium supplement (I can only eat so many bananas!) My blood pressure and eye twitching both seem to be down.
Calcium is supposed to help with eye twitching, too, but I was already taking that, along with some magnesium, in the evening as the combination seems to help me sleep a little better. Do you get enough calcium?
I'm peeing a lot on Cymbalta and I think that's made it necessary for me to tweak my supplements.
Good luck!
