I'm considering heading for the ER if something doesn't change for the better.I read your post above, and you are only on 150mg of WB right? WB made my ears ring worse than any other med I've taken. It can raise your BP. Maybe an ER trip would be a good idea - you don't sound too agitated - just concerned - maybe go to ER and explain the ear ringing, mood switches, and the BP stuff and see what they say. I've had some ultradian episodes in the past and they are not fun. If you have got some clonazepam, that might help a great deal. It kind of sounds like antidepressant induced rapid cycling.. you may need to reduce or dx the WB and add an antimanic of some kind.
