Alcohol = Depressant.

Effexor = Antidepressant. Go figure!!!

When I was on Effexor I had no problem drinking but hay, I'm an alcoholic!!! Life for the psychologically impaired is much more forgiving without alcohol, if you can live without it, do. If you can't, I don't know anyone who had any problems having a few drinks now and again on Effexor.

Enjoy yourself, just don't go overboard.
