Actually, I'm already trying a little focalin for the fatigue. Sometimes it helps a little. Sometimes I feel too racey on it and just end up tired/wired. My pulse is up a little on the memantine already, though not severely. I'm left very tired when the focalin wears off and, obviously, I don't want to take another dose too late in the day. So, I haven't yet gotten a feel for how to manage this.
> I'm glad to see someone trying memantine. You can try to get your psychiatrist to add in adderall or dexedrine (or get a hold of it yourself) and see if you feel better. As they are amphetamines they will definitely make you feel less fatigued and make you concentrate better. And the memantine they say may prevent tolerance from developing to the amphetamine.
