I'm glad to see someone trying memantine. You can try to get your psychiatrist to add in adderall or dexedrine (or get a hold of it yourself) and see if you feel better. As they are amphetamines they will definitely make you feel less fatigued and make you concentrate better. And the memantine they say may prevent tolerance from developing to the amphetamine.
