Dexedrine feels smoother than adderall to me.
I need to take breaks with either on weelends just to clear my head. Don't seem to have same need with Concerta.

Current regime:
72mg Concerta 7.00am
10mg Dexedrine 8.00am
20mg Dexdrine 2.00pm
50mh Strattera 8.00pm
exercise two mornings per week
