thanks so much for your posts and for the chart. hmmm, either the chart is very conservative in dosing, or else i've on a super high dose-- 50mg of adderall or 27 x 3 (81?)mg of concerta + 10-20 of adderall. i'm between 40 and 50kg, so according to the chart, i should be on, like 1/4- 1/3 of that. and the problem is that on that much adderall, i still don't get much out of it! and while it used to last about eight hours, now it wears off after 4-5, which is less than what a regular adderall should last. anyway, thanks for the ideas!
