I don't know for sure, of course, but it might be that you would benefit from small amounts of propranalol. It is a beta-blocker that reaches the brain and sort of calms the "fight-or-flight" reaction that your body might be in a constant state of. What are the physical symptoms you are experiencing? Shaking hands, heart palpitations, accelerated heart rate, sweaty palms, almost panic-like feelings, cold hands or feet, dilated pupils...?
