Anyone been on meds for a long period of time?

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone has been on meds for a long period of time. I have swithced off and on for the past five years.
I take 60mg of Lexapro, 30mg of Remeron, 2mg of Klonopin, and 1,500 mg of Trileptal for OCD, Depression, and BP 2.
I sometimes get concerned about taking so much medication especially when they tell me it will problably be for the rest of my life.
So, how long have you been on your meds?
Also would like to hear peoples opinions about Trileptal. How it makes you feel and stuff?
