Michael--when I was on Parnate (another MAOI) I didn't find the dietary restrictions to be much of a hassle. Also, there's lots of anecdotal evidence on PB, and some professional opinion that the older guidelines are exxagerated and overly conservative. At any rate, I would opt for just paying attention to what you eat as opposed to adding another drug to your system. The synergistic effects of multiple drugs are too complex and unpredictable to risk without a compelling reason to mix them. I'm not strictly opposed to drug "combo's", just promoting "the fewer the better". Good Luck. Regards, Sailor
