Thanks for the responses. My wife has other medications (heart) and thats the reason for needing the Cymbalta. I wanted to narrow down the possibilities of the twitching cause before I ask the physician to change the medication. She didn't have this sort of twitching while on Prozac and I can't recall the reason for switching to Cymbalta. John
