I agree 100% with Glydin & Ed. I use what is considered to be a very low dose of Klonopin with success. On the other hand, I seem to be needing, what might be considered, a high dose of tryptophan. We are all different in responses. Unfortuately, we have to mess around a lot and guinea-pig ourselves, before we find relief!...how're you doing? The "thoughts", have they slowed down yet?
I was thinking of you a few days ago, cuz mine suddenly got worse again - I'm OK now. Directly related to stress (and the fact that I'm off Celexa and experimenting with the "right" dose of tryptophan, for me, as per the original ideas in this thread!).
