So many variables come into play when obtaining a good dose from one person to another. I think more important is good control and knowing and avoiding the pitfall areas of benzos use rather than focusing on the number of miligrams. If you are not developing tolerance issues and other untoward effects and that's a dose that working for you, I think it sounds reasonable.
