In reply to Is Pregabalin/Lyrica available in the UK?, posted by TheOutsider on November 25, 2004, at 13:59:52
I think it might be available. My doctor also never heard of it. But when he checked some recent paperes he recieved from the drug administration here in norway, he found the Lyrica update. He read it carefully while I waited and rxed it to me! I am sooo lucky.
Try to call the drug administration in the UK and ask them. The medical bible at your doctor office wont include the Lyrica. He needs to get an update for it.
Lyrica was approved in many europian countries in july. But was markeded first 4 weeks ago. My Lyrica comes form Pfizer Limited, Sandwich, Kent, UK!
Tommorow I will up the dose and see if it's helping my SA.
Take care.
