Please don't be too hard on yourself. It takes a long time to recover from severe depression. I think you are on the right track, can you try to walk everyday? You will get better and better every day provided you are on the right meds, and you take good care of yourself. Try not to compare yourself to others, be patient with yourself, and you will eventually get back in shape.Are your meds working for you?
