Hey, I workout twice a day, seven days a week..and have gotten to the point where most would say I'm in very good shape, but I still am not happy, I want to be toned (abs are my main problem), like you see in health magazines. You'd think working out 12-14x weekly would do it, but throughout the day, because of adderall and I'm working and not right by a fully stocked kitchen. When I get home, after I eat a normal sized dinner, though, I eat embarassingly high amounts of food like 4 bowls of cereal, a granola bar, etc...Im positive that's the only thing holding me back from my goal. Not to mention if I slowed down my workouts I'd probably start putting on weight.
Unfortunately I started the Lamictal (which seems to be working) around the time I started this hard workout regimine , so I'm not sure which is causing the cravings. What have you tried to cope with this problem?
