Wyeth should introduce a liquid Effexor!

Posted by ed_uk on November 17, 2004, at 12:16:37

Hello!!!

I've always thought that a liquid form of Effexor is the least that the public should ask for. Here in England we don't have one, do you???

I strongly believe that a liquid Effexor would make the process of withdrawal much easier for 1000s of people. Very gradual reduction of dose would be so much more practical.

I suppose the introduction of Effexor liquid might be seen as an admission on the part of Wyeth that withdrawal can be very difficult. Here is what Wyeth says about withdrawal (in the UK)...'The majority of symptoms experienced on withdrawal of Effexor are non-serious and self-limiting'.

Perhaps someone should start a petition for Liquid Effexor. I don't know, perhaps there already is one?
