Depakote is probably not as effective as clonazepam for social anxiety, although I don't know for sure.

I do know that depakote made me feel a little more incabable than I did on just the clonazepam.

depakote, has mood stabalizing effects, that *may* make you a little less socally outgoing.

Give it a try, but beware that its mood stabalizing effects may make you less outgoing.
