Cymbalta and pain

Thanks for responding. Straterra is on my list after this if Cymbalta doesn't work. I'm also hopeful about Lyrica (pregabalin) down the road. It's not approved here yet. Neurontin helped my pain but I couldn't deal with the side effects--even as low as 500. The sedation diminished but I got an intractable headache. Not a common side effect. Go figure.
