>Do you have any good effects or side effects? A problem with comparing Effexor doseages between people is that the liver enzyme that metabolizes it varies wildly from person to person. Roughly 10% of people metabolizes it very slowly meaning that they only need a very tiny doseage (37.5 to 75mg) Roughly 80% of people are average and typically end up on a doseage around 150 to 225mg. The final 10% of people are fast metabolizers & require extremely high doseages (up to 600mg) or they have to take some Prozac to boost Effexor plasma levels. (Prozac causes a big increase of certain drugs, Effexor is one of them.) Ultimately it's up to your doctor to determine how high he will let you & your own judgement on what side effects/bad effects each doseage has.
Cheers,
Paul.
