Hi,
I have been taking 60 mg a day (took 30mg for 5 days) for 4 days now and havent really noticed any problems. It hasnt really worked too well yet for treating my bipolar depression but the increase from 30 to 60 hasnt really caused any side effects. - Good luck, hope that helps
