Does Wellbutrin at 75 mg even work?!?!

Hi,
Just went off Lexapro a few weeks ago becuase it was causing me horrible hives. I recently switched to Wellbutrin, but I'm only taking 75 mg once a day. So far, I've been really irritable and I don't feel like it's really working. The only plus is that it doesn't make me tired like Lexapro did.

Is 75 mg once a day even enough to do anything?
