Meds Sexual Side Effects- question

I was taking luvox and for the first 2 months it caused MAJOR delayed orgasm (anorgasma or whatever its called)... but then it went away!!!! I'm ecstatic about this but was wondering about the mechanisms behind it... have any others had this happen where they had bad sexual side effects for awhile that lifted? Whats the mechanism behind this? Any info would be great...thanks
